MVS Radio, AMARTE MX

Next semester we start with a new project. It sounds really challenging, specially because we are competing against two Mexican colleges in a radio reality show. The main objective is to create a new business model for an indigenous community through the design of an original textile product in three different Mexican states.

The community that the Ibero College will be working with, is based in the state of Querétaro and I'm already looking forward to meeting up with the community leader on the following weeks.

All media set aside, strategically speaking, I hope this project does impact the way this community works in a great way. To me, is going back to the indigenous communities and getting closer and closer to Deep Mexico, to the chanting rooster in the morning and the otomí language, to the shy looks of women working with threads and the smell of humid soil after the rain.
