Museums as Educators through Social Media

Le Caen-Normandy Memorial Centre for History and Peace, created this beautiful idea to engage kids with a fictitious character called Suzon going through the war and writing on her journal.

The website has media resources and information that lets kids understand war through the eyes of Suzon, like loosing some of her friends as they move away or the day it was published Hitler was dead. There are also quizzes and activities throughout the website, making it a great resource to learn about history and geography at the same time.
