Enrique Peña Nieto, Wrecking Ball

Call it a hunch, but Trudeau's and Trump's speech seemed aligned to me. They both used bombastic words like "fantastic" and "tremendous". Maybe just maybe, I thought about that word being used by Trudeau as a personal joke between him and Obama but my optimism is diminishing now that some summits have more importance, rather than, let's say, fixing this rocky road we call neighborhood?

To put my uneasiness in some kind of stupid example, let's say everyone is making football soccer teams now, and it seems, after everyone knows by now we play dirty and our teammates use terrible techniques to win without even trying, no one wants to play with us anymore.

Except some countries in Central and South America. And yes, maybe Angela Merkel.

It's a bit embarrassing though, that Trump treats Peña Nieto like dirt. He is making clear he can treat another white man, Trudeau that is (sorry Peña Nieto you're a beaner to Trump) as an equal, modulate his language (not extensive though), become awkwardly soft spoken and contained yet he can spit on us, and imply in every chance he gets, to get the word across that WE have been abusing the US of A all these years.

I've said it before. We have to cleanse our country but for all of us who work hard constructing a nation, it's unbearable to watch how, thanks to many Peña Nieto clones before this one, we get associated with scumbags, bad hombres and crooks. It's all about perception, as these comments come from a pussy-grabbing (just using his words) narcissist (again, just stating what the Dr. said a long time ago).

Maybe we shouldn't care about our bad rep anymore. Maybe we should become nastier and more vulgar and send that wrecking ball directly to the center of that wall initiative? After all, it seems it's better to become a viral meme than a dignified president these days.
