A Philosophy class is like having your brain on steroids. Whatever you thought will never be again. Is it? Was it? Should it be? In this case the relationship between beauty and sublime. I have six written pages in just an hour and I left because I had an appointment, which was inevitable.

A few questions just to name a few: Is a black hole sublime? Whose criteria of beauty is it, if, as Hume stated, our judgement is not worthy of trust? Is beauty less than sublime? Should things "by default" be beautiful? Are pleasant horror, divine rapture, enthusiasm and commotion, sublime? If so, aesthetics, will keep the subjective digging deeper inside?
