Three years away from Saving Mexico to... well, not really
"Many past crises have defined the actual state of things in Mexico. The experts laugh and then become really somber when they speak of 'the mexican economical schizophrenia'. To any observer there are three or four countries that live within one physical territory where, for example, four men (Carlos Slim, Germán Larrea, Alberto Bailers and Ricardo Salinas Pliego) increased their wealth from a 2% of mexican GDP in 2002, to a 9% in the period of 2011-2014, according to a recent Oxfam study. Let's not forget this is the same nation where hundreds of million poor people live together. [...]

Saúl Arellano comments that during his span of life (40 years), he can't really take out of his head the idea he actually lives in three different countries. One of 20 million people that have access to good levels of wellness, another of 80 million that are vulnerable because they don't have any access to any of the elemental services such as education, health, housing and, underneath this social pyramid, there's another 55 million people that live, literally, in misery every day."

In three years Peña Nieto's disapproval rate is the lowest for any of our former presidents.
