#HéctorCasique

Héctor Casique was a young cop who paid 75.000 pesos for a place in the state of Quintana Roo police department. This unregulated and illegal practice is a secret everybody knows of in Mexico but no one dares to report about it.

The captain in charge Arturo Olivares Mendiola, received Héctor's payment but never gave him a place in the department so Héctor threatened to go to the authorities (ironic isn't it?) and denounce the breach of an illegal contract (double irony).

Soon enough, the police officers that once ate at his table, knew her wife and daughters, watched TV at his living room, detained and tortured him for 30 hours in order to incriminate him of a multiple homicide someone else committed.

His friends, 43 of the cops he once worked with, raped, electrocuted his rectus and testicles, and suffocated him, while they pressured him not only to admit to the multiple homicide but also acquire a new identity, one of a drug dealer called "The Devil".

He never signed the confession but still, spent three years and six months in jail. Finally, he was set free, and after 9 months in which Héctor Casique denounced his friends and judicial police officers, he was killed (along an innocent friend on a seafood restaurant) a few days ago by "two organized crime members".

In December 2016 denouncing and making Public Prosecutor
Carlos Arturo Álvarez Escalera responsible for anything that
could happen to him, his lawyers, or his family.

SSP acknowledged the torture he suffered and asked him an
apology that proved his innocence.
Héctor rejecting the apology and denouncing
43 of his fellow friends on March 2017.

Now dead.

Her mother is, of course, devastated.

Merkel just left and advised Peña Nieto to take care of the Human Rights and impunity in this country. Will this cyclical machinery behind the puppet will ever be repaired?
