Green Day, The Forgotten

I took a piece of the houses we demolished as a reminder. A reminder that life changed for many and a compromise must be acquired, even when normalcy is expected from us. This chunk sits on my table and will not be removed until things go back to normal for them too, then, we might begin to forget not only the earthquake but their hundred year misery and oblivion ever happened.
