A traditional tortilla measures about 16 cms.
The tortilla taquera, which is a small version of the large one and is mostly used for "tacos" is 12.4 cms.

Tortillas have been used for NASA space missions since the 80's thanks to scientist and astronaut Neri Vela. 

Food binds us, it can bring a powerful message of cultural identity to all extremes. Repetition as means of massive replication to convey a consumed/internalised message on a day to day basis. [On going project]
