The Flying Fish Sailors, The Flu Pandemic Song

I've been fighting Influenza virus and finally it's looking we're over the same Luchador stage today.  One more kick and maybe I will remain victorious without loosing my mask or my hair! I missed MACO Art Fair. And then again, maybe not.

Sometimes when disease gets you, it's pretty interesting to take a pause. Watch things unfold as you open and close your eyes, time gets a new dimension and you get to think a lot about stuff. You think about the greatness of health. Not that you give it for a fact because at a certain age you just don't anymore, but the notion of waking up, taking a shower and doing whatever it is you have to do, it's so natural.

You think about taking care of yourself. No matter who is around you or not, the idea of preparing food while having temperature because otherwise you'll get weak and will not heal, will always seem a terrible and daunting task. Shivers and all. Buying your medicine in the middle of the night is too.

Of course you can ask anyone to help you, but do you actually do? Nah.

Working while sick. That's a tough one. Being creative or profitable as you lay in bed.

Yet we heal. Again. And again. That is an amazing event. I guess even when we don't heal anymore, I mean, looking back, the body which we sometimes deny listening to, push harder, or abuse, has to have some kind of limit, doesn't it?
